Do you love yourself enough?

Just before I was resuscitated my whole perspective on life changed because after I went into cardiac arrest I reviewed my life.

 

This was because I was not supposed to come back so essentially this was meant to be the end for me.

 

During this review when I had learnt what my "Life Purposes" were everything all clicked into place. I gained an understanding of why I had entered particular relationships with the same type of people, why I had a love for animals and children, why I lived on my emotions but tried my best to feel inner peace and serenity through many avenues but didn't quite reach that full feeling of peace and harmony. The missing link was that I did not look within for the answers when I wanted to advance in my life for years.

 

I always looked for external influences and thought that if I changed career or worked on my relationship with my partner at the time then things would fall into place and I could truly relax. Nature always gave me a sense of calm as well as helping others in need but I felt like I didn't know who I was right to the core despite ticking many boxes and gaining lots of fun experiences in life.

So when I came back, I decided to live on my emotions each day and accept myself for who I was, forgive any mistakes that I make and always be gentle on my inner self-talk, become my own best friend and go by my own life decisions on aspects regardless of what others say and if I was making a mistake so what I can change it or get guidance from spirit haha.

 

When I was up in the Universe I realised that anything family members, friends or strangers had said in my life to me did not matter one single bit unless I truly believed it to be true. I always felt like there was something else holding me back from following my dreams but in actual fact this was me not believing in myself as much as I needed to. What truly counts is how we feel about ourselves. This is why the universe puts life lessons in our path for us to work on our inner-self to strive to be the best version of us that we can be.

 

There are things that spirit puts in our lives for our path that are set in stone and can't be changed. This is to ensure that we are well on our way to achieving our Life Purposes. Often a person will have 6-8 major ones in their lives.

 

Then until we tick these off then life lessons will manifest starting with ourselves, then in our personal relationships and then work etc until we change. The best way to work on developing and creating an abundant life where you can follow and achieve your dreams is to start by looking at your own internal dialogue, what do you say to yourself?, what repeat patterns are holding you back?, what truly makes you happy?.

 

When I was having my Near Death Experience I realised that you can't take anything up there with you except how you feel about yourself and once you are in the light at the end of the tunnel then all of your feelings for loved ones come flooding in. So since you can't take material possessions with you then its important to work on happiness for you and develop loving, deep and meaningful relationships with those that matter most to you.

 

If you desire the love of your life, the best way to bring that person in is to manifest what you desire to the core by letting the universe know what you want. When we feel that we don't deserve the best then we settle and thats when less than what we really could have is put in our path.

 

So tonight I encourage you to write a list of 10 things removing fear, or any aspects stopping you from being limitless in your requests and state this to yourself as well as your Angels so they clearly know what you would like brought into your life on the aspects that they can change. You have free will and can change many things in your life. Imagine what you can achieve and how great it would feel to tick these off of the list in the next 12 months.

 

I wrote my list one year ago and have ticked 8 out of the 10 aspects. This goes to show that you can do it too.

 

Each day if you take one step at a time, strive to move forward, look at each situation as a life lesson and have a can do attitude you will be happier than ever.
